Currently trying to unlock vulpera I have the secrets in the sand done but I can’t seem to find or pick up the intro quest to the horde Ji firepaw has a quest in gray for me but that’s it I can’t find kiro any where in org and all my sources have told me to talk to ji wondering if it may just be a bug thanks for any help in advance

Same problem. I have all the non rep achievements done for all allied races but they still are locked and says i dont have the achievements
best I can tell this and the robognome are level gated at lvl 50.

I just now did the VUlpera unlock…literally just completed it.
Get the achievement Secrets of the sand however In the creation screen it will still show red but double check in your Achievements screen that it’s done.
Then go to the Embassy in Orgrimar and check things out. Upon Inspecting the flags of each allied race it will show green or red where your achievements stand.
It showed Green for Secrets achieve even though creation screen still shows red for completion. You’ll be sent to Grommash Hold to talk to a Vulpera. Then you’ll join that Vulpera on the unlock quests (Twilight’s hammer, Zandalar, etc).
Upon completion, You’ll get the mount thus confirming unlock. And it shows I can play the Vulpera now in Creation screen

I have the same problem. I was able to do Highmountain Tauren (picked up quest before patch) but not Vulpera or anything else. My character is level 48.
I’m having this issue as well. I have completed the Secrets of the sands achievement, as well as did the first embassy quest, though there is no option for me to get another to be sent to Grommash Hold. My character is level 47.

It’s seeming like having a lvl 50 character is required, in addition to completing the Secrets in the Sands achievement.
Guests at Grommash Hold is the quest to unlock Vulpera, and the requirement for unlock is lvl 50. Look it up on WoWhead or your wow resource of choice and you will see that it needs lvl 50.
