Servers were up on Wednesday but now show as incompatible when I logged in again to continue testing as of 6/21/24.

Yeah, they have all been flagged as incompatible for me since yesterday evening.
Actually if I remember correctly my characters were on PTR Realm iridikron which isn’t even among the list anymore.
Yeah, was down yesterday as incombatible and now show as offline. Probable to implement the recent changes in the beta. They moved a lot of stuff around in the talent tree.
PTR build got patched; I had to manually check for an update it found one. Now on Build 55185, same as Beta.
(As of right now, the PTR servers are offline)

Have they started testing prepatch quests/events or is it still just Warband testing?
