Bbe honest, you wish pre patch was tomorrow also. I aint seen anyone defending BfA for some time now.

It a million percent isn’t the prepatch, four hours isn’t even that long.
I hate how accurate this is??? I don’t want unfinished games, but BfA has just left such a sour taste in my mouth that I haven’t even played 8.3 in a while. I’ve been leveling alts (against my better judgment as I wanted to wait for prepatch) because somehow I’m having more fun with quests from Cataclysm than anything in 8.3. I’ve done it all, and there’s nothing fun for me to pursue right now outside of maybe finishing the Visions for the vendor mount.
The prepatch isn’t today (Sep. 22nd is most likely) but I do wish it was.
Well this late in the xpac ofcourse I’m ready lol. Everything that can be done is finished and I’m basically just twiddling my thumbs helping aspiring alts and newbies.
Probably not pre-patch but some updates to make the pre-patch transition smoother.
No you are not right. They always give a date ahead of time so people can prepare and do what they need to do before prepatch, especially if anything is going away. Calm down kid you didnt discover or “called” anything. If anything they put it on the downloader so people can install to have it when they want to release it ahead of time.
WoD was still worse than BFA. Don’t @ me.

Dude. Every expansion they make a big announcement if the pre patch is coming. They don’t just drop it without a peep because gameplay mechanics are going to change or be shut off with this patch.
Lol you guys are so out of touch. Blizzard gives PvPers a 2 week end of season notice. That notice hasn’t happened yet.
The Arena world championships are currently going on and scheduled to end the 29th? That would be exactly one month before launch. Pre patch lasts a month. It all lines up.
Next tuesday they’ll give the 2 week end of season notice and we’ll be in pre patch the week of the 26th-29th. 100%

No download after firing up the battlenet launcher. So no pre-patch. In the past, Blizzard made the pre-patch download available weeks ahead of the pre-patch release. It’s going to be big so I’d think they’d want to space out the downloaders to even out their peak loads.
They have NEVER released a pre-patch without announcing it prior. Sorry to burst your bubble

The answers to both of these is No.
Prepatch is not today.
What they are doing is either doing hardware upgrades in prep for prepatch or prepping certain servers for connections.
