With Remix being billed as this super leveling alts for TWW, anyone else feel like the pre patch event won’t have good XP to level alts?
I know people love leveling alts through the events
No, I still imagine they will give an ultra-fast prepatch leveling experience. It’s there way of trying to get as many people to buy the new expansion as possible.
Do people who leveled many alts in ReMoP to get the bling still need to level more alts in the prepatch? I’d be looking for prepatch gear rather than more alts.

Yes, why not? If they are trying to get more people into TWW as a grand new age for wow.
Mop remix is only really super-fast for alts though. The first character is about the same speed as the normal leveling from my experience.
I see them just adding the xp buff again.
The real question is, which expansion would you want to level in if you waited until prepatch? You could choose any expansion, including DF since it will be the default leveling experience come 11.0.
Not sure what the ilvl of the gear will be once it transfers over

Granted, this is the first accelerated event so maybe they are testing but 4 months of ultra fast leveling doesn’t seem like Blizzard’s MO
And I’m not really giving an opinion about what is good or not, just that this is exactly what blizzard appears to be doing. And the prepatch has always had accelerated leveling in the past, so I’m just going off what we would normally expect.
My understanding is the gear of toons from remix will be ilvl 424 (+/-). The pre patch event gives ilvl 480+ gear.
I have 3 new max-level toons from remix. I have more than enough. Given remix has been a levelling event I think the focus in the prepatch will be gearing up new toons. Sure there’s no reason not to have an xp boost for players returning for the prepatch as well.
I really hope they up that ilvl. That seems low

That’s the event, pretty much like every other prepatch. Just a collecting and gear catch up event.

Remix doesn’t allow characters that are already made catch up for TWW or catch up to a higher ilvl.
So I imagine prepatch will still have a leveling boost

I hope they let us transfer our MoP remix characters to DF for Prepatch. Has anyone heard or is it going to be release day of TWW?
I think specualtion is around when Remix is done
The expectation is remix will end just before the prepatch event.
Wasn’t it already datamined (and now tested) on the Alpha that TWW has a significant decrease in EXP requirement per level. Which will also be part of the pre-patch.
