Well here we are , one day away from the rerelease of possibly the greatest expansion pre patch in wow and possibly all of gaming for it’s time.
It’s not the same by a long shot, but with all of the hate from both players and devs I am glad it’s finally here.
I signed the petition years ago along with 250k other people that was delivered to at the time CEO Mike Moreheim begging blizzard to do a “Legacy” sever for the game, we all wanted classic and I think a lot of us had hopes that if they did do it…one day…maybe a Wrath server.
I was lucky enough to have started in TBC and got to experience the og pre patch with the first ever raid guild I joined, I’m sure a lot of people have good memories of those days.
Those are just good memories now , I play for the nostalgia and enjoy the zones and questing the way it used to be and rediscover things I forgot about after a decade of wrath ending.
The game will never be like it was no matter how we want it to be.
Enjoy the pre-patch it’s the last time it’s ever gonna happen.
