So I’ve tried downloading the pre-patch for dragon flight and I even preordered it but whenever I try to update it’ll say (scanning game files…) and it will proceed to download and as soon as it reaches 100% it starts all over. I’ve had it go on for hours and even let it continue to download while I was asleep. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and battlenet and nothing has worked. When I try to scan and repair that also goes through an infinite loop. When I try to reinstall the game it asks that I have to update first (in which it’s an infinite loop). I even disabled my firewall too and it still won’t complete. It’s just a never ending loop of trying to scan game files. What do I do in this situation?
I’m having the same issue followed the online forum step to resolve this app agents deleted, and the loop finally got to where repair is finished and now is in continual loop of scanning have let i scan for four to five hours till no resolve
We worked thru this issue 5 days ago.

i went through most files on C: drive delete all wow files and am reinstalling the game the udated information was from classic lich king and classic wow files that were tring to download delete everything now am reinstalling it 84 gigs to do
