Pre-patch event timers Question?

So I get to Dalaran and see there are timers on the Radiant Echo portals. Cool, I have plenty of time before the next one… (or so I thought)
I go through and the boss I’m supposed to defeat has already been killed.
Am I right in thinking that the bosses are spawning right at the beginning of the radiant Echo event becoming active? and now I have to wait for it to Cycle through 2 other areas before coming back to this area?

This means I have to wait 3 hours for it to spawn again?

Why are the timers 1:30 hours if the boss I’m supposed to kill is already dead within the first 2 - 5 minutes of the event activating?

I’m missing out on the kill I need then being forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time for it to spawn again.
This is also creating a rather unpleasant experience if this is the case. That means EVERYONE needs to Zerg rush the event right at the start, Causing extreme latency issues to the point I cannot even use any of my abilities. I have no idea if I’ve tagged the boss or not, the latency gets so bad in-fact, a lot of the time I also disconnect, by the time I log back in, the boss is dead and I’ve missed out again…

This is a fairly crappy scenario, I can’t be the only one this is happening too either…
whats blizzard doing to fix this?
As it stands, this event seems like a complete flop.

Timers are a suggestion. A suggestion for what we’re still unclear. Event start time? Let down time? Where to go? it’s all madness atm.

Happening to everyone.

Currently unknown. As usual, their communication is abymsal.

General consensus.

Think of it as Dragonbane Keep. It starts at X and unless bugged, ends in about 5-8 minutes after it begins. The balance of the time is killing remnants for 1 currency each. Just treat the timer as until the next zone starts.
