As I’m sure many of you are aware, At this time there is only (1) event up at a time which rotates between the (3) different areas each hour.
As a result of this, Several shards I have been in - Especially for the Lich King in Dragonblight, It can become a real lag fest for everyone.
This issue had also happened with the Hearthstone event before Blizzard made all of the zones up at same time for it. So, I’m suggesting Blizzard do the same for the pre-patch to help ease up on the lag for everyone.
When it was done in the Hearthstone event, I noticed that the lag went away majorly and getting the bosses done was a whole lot easier!
Just a thought I had that would help everyone in the long run!
In case they split everyone in 3 different zones, can’t also the progress for boss last longer, individual events take longer to finish and last bosses take a lot longer to kill, resulting in less residual memories for people participating?
It’s already getting to the point where it’s difficult to get the second boss started in a zone. Splitting it three ways would probably make the first one very questionable in off peek hours.
The events take way longer to complete compared to the other two zones. You can summon the end boss in Searing Gorge and Dustwallow Marsh 4 times in an hour, but Dragonblight you’ll likely get 2 cycles and then it is XX:45 so people go and AFK in the next zone. It seems most people only do Dragonblight for the quest then leave.
