The recent changes to the event have really made it more enjoyable, however…
Upgrading the gear takes a crap ton of Flightstones! AND they don’t drop during the event at all. We get Crests, but no flightstones to help with upgrading the gear.
Please add Flightstones as part of the drops!
It gives flightstones, just in a really low amount… if I recall correctly
I have yet to see a flighstone drop during the event. Have I missed seeing it, quite possible, but with how many flightstones are needed, we should be seeing them drop more frequently if in fact they do.
Yeah I remembered slaying arthas but it only gives like 10 and it might be a random drop
Unsure why they’re so adamant about not letting flightstones be warbound until next s1 tww. Like oh no little jimmy is going to get his alt to 512 from 508! We can’t let that happen
I thought I remembered Blizz saying that the drops would include flightstones, but also remember not really seeing flightstones when I was doing it. For what it’s worth you don’t really see a lot of crests, either.
After the update recently, I am seeing crest drop more frequentlly and not just from the boss. Still have yet to see the flilghtstones though.
I got flightstones. Small amounts, but they’re there.
Flightstones must be random. I have seen them drop on some of my alts but not all.
I realize now that the reason I’m not seeing flightstones is probably because I’m capped. 
Maybe I should actually spend some before I try to weigh in on flightstone drop rates.
Ok, so yes… they do drop… however at a very low rate.
Just did the event for one round and got a ton of memories, 10 Whelp crests and on the final boss for 10 flightstones.
So IMO this drop rate for flighstones doesn’t even come close to comparing to the drop rate of the crests, which aren’t as needed.
Blizz, please up the drop rate for flightstones. You want us to do the event, but without flightstones upgrades are very difficult for the casual player.
ALL the Awakened Chest World events are active now. They drop FS like crazy. Do those. Heck just doing the ED World Boss gives a chest with 480+ gear. So do all world bosses and 3 events that are up. Fryaak, Researchers and Time Rift and each event takes 15min tops! You have all the FS you need and get gear. Time Rifts are every hour and Researchers is on the half hour. Fryaak is 24/7 all you have to do is land and kill the main guy. People spam spawn him all day. Takes 10min tops
I would suggest doing those first so you dont waste Memories on gear you get from the chest
It needs actual participation for rewards. I swear I’ve seen more people AFK than prechange prepatch.
Same at the researchers underfire event. They just sit in the hub and milk it. Its sad
I am curious why we’re still sitting with such a low cap.
yeah, 2000 is pretty low considering what it takes to upgrade
just do df activities you literally get 2k in 3hours of doing all events in dragon isles
