Hey Blizz, please fix The Black Hand weapon from Black Hand in Blackrock Foundry.
Im not sure why or how the pre-patch made any changes to legacy content weapon appearances but The Black Hand is now bugged, and the flail on the pommel of the weapon is now floating in mid air.
Please don’t just let this weapon stay ugly.
Unfortunately, transmog issues that break in a patch usually take at least until the next major patch to actually be fixed… Hell, they still never fixed all the missing decorations in Revendreth crypts, and that’s been like a year at this point.
The only exception I can even think of is the hunter Dark Ranger set that was recently introduced had a bugged helmet for gnomes. They fixed that in a couple days, presumably because it was brand new.
Are you saying the black hand is permanently erect during dragonflight?
No, the chain/flail is now completely disconnected from the weapon, and floats behind it attached to nothing.
Hopefully they get this fixed quickly; however, the fact that the blade texture on Blade of Misfortune has been broken since 7.0.3 more than 6 years ago doesn’t seem promising. 
a lot of shoulderpads with effects on em the effects now pause every 10 seconds then start again when this wasnt the case before
examples are mythic nathria mail shoulders and DH tomb of sargeras set. some maces are broken and this was 9.2.5
I’m afraid they won’t even give it a look honestly. Shame because the weapon is very unique.
Transmog is the priority of this game. This matter more than Mythic Raid tuning.
Xmog is the true endgame

A good chunk of the wrath weapons resolution has been dropped to ultra low. The feathers on the drakkari bow look like a smudge stain.
Or they never get fixed.
See: Nyalotha plate belt, Night Fae mail gloves on female ZTs, mythic Uldir mail boots on Tauren/HMT…there are, I’m sure, more.
Blizzard is implementing bugs faster than they can fix them. But they’re seemingly content with eliminating QA staff.
I haven’t noticed this on any of my characters, but that’s odd.
