Just did the Searing Gorge event; we cleared all the memories, but the Radiant Echoes nodes on the top of our screens shows one memory remaining. (We checked and it isn’t there in the zone.) So the boss didn’t spawn.

Yup, it just rolled over with timer to next location and never started 
Exodar server checking in to report this bug.
Same thing happened to me there this morning.
