Are there any achievements for the pre-patch? I haven’t been able to find any in the achievements tab.
Yes.
That would be because the aforementioned achievement is a Feat of Strength achievement & thus does not appear in the Achievements panel until it is earned.

Yup! The only achievement associated with this event, Is the one you earn for doing the questline(s).
Other than that, There is no other achievements you may earn from the pre-patch event.
