Why is the Level Limit raised in pre path but characters are stuck at the old limit. It’s like moving the goal posts, but declaring the new area of the field out of bounds so you cannot score.
This is the prepatch, the version that will be released few weeks before the actual launch of the expansion and what will the game play like for people who will not buy TWW.
