Power/resource bar

Am I able to hide my targets power/resource bar? I want it so I basically just see their hp, as I don’t care how much resource/power they have.

I use betterblizzframes / plates but can’t seem to find a setting for it. Only can find the setting to hide my resource/power bar.

It would be under Interface if it is an option at all. There is an option for “Display Power Bars” under Arena Enemy Frames. Not sure if that will help or not, but that is all there is in the default WoW UI settings.
