One of my main old inquiry never answered and addressed by Blizzard was the spell animation effect from Power Word Shield. We have had the same since Classic, and still never had any animation rework from it. We had, in legion, many spell animations reworked ,unfortunately power word shield was left alone 
During Legion, the spell Clarity of Will ,which had a great visual spell animation effect ( at least better than the original Power word shield), was removed from the game a while after without replacing the visual aspect of Power word Shield for some reason.
Here is my main question : What if we could keep the Azerite animation effect from the Unwavering Ward (Guardian Shell) and implement it into Power Word Shield ?! It would be such a great spell animation instead of the Classic one and wouldn’t be too much unrelated. Now, I know the spell effect has azerite into it and I know that some might think it would be awkward to have a spell effect with azerite in it, but maybe Blizzard could work something around with it ?
Another option would simply be to add a glyph that changes the visual animation of Power word Shield to the Clarity of Will animation.
Let me know if I am the only one intrigued about the fact they never changed the spell animation from power word shield. What are your thoughts/ideas about it ?!
