if 10 people stood on top of each other.
and say i targetted the tank first - hit PWR - 5 ppl including the tank get atonement.
say i do not get the atonemnt - then i target myself and hit PWR AGAIN.

will all 10 people get atonment?

basically is it smart healing?

In my experience it is smart healing and will go to people without atonements in that situation. I tested it just last night while practicing my SS ramps during some raid downtime. We had 14 people so I’d throw out 4 atonements then double radiance and cover the whole raid.

What I’m not sure of is a situation where someone is very low health and already has atonement. Will it go to the low health person who already has atonement like most smart heals or the full health person without atonement?

thanks - yah the “smart heal” of lowest doesnt concern me TO much - its more the waste of double atonments

Yep. It’s smart healing.

Yes, Radiance will pick people who do not have atonement, unless everyone already has it. So if you cast it twice in a row, 10 people will get it.
