Running an alt through WOD and stuck on “The Power of Poison” quest. Activating the item “Vial of Wracking Poison” doesn’t add the buff needed for quest completion. Tried abandoning and restarting quest, tried removing and re-equipping weapon, tried relog, no luck. Not sure if this gates Pathfinder progression for Lore Master or not.
Playing Lvl 38 Druid.
I’ve used entangling roots to proc the poison without actually hitting the npc.
Ive had the exact same problem, and it does count towards loremaster. I’m not sure what to do
I’m experiencing the same problem. I can click the item but it isn’t applying a buff to my weapon. I’ve cleared my WTF and my Addons folder with no success. The only thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling the game.
I’ve made a ticket so, hopefully something will be done. I just have this last quest chain and im done with loremaster for draenor T-T

GM’s don’t follow this forum, the QA team does.
They will attempt to verify the issue before passing it along to the Dev team. Once in a while, they post if they need more info, otherwise, they don’t confirm or deny.
I have the same problem. So does this paladin next to me in game. Must be a new bug or something.
Same issue. Using the poison doesn’t add it to my weapon.
Same issue, poison icon refreshes but it doesn’t get added to my weapon.
I also have this problem, and trying to figure out how to create a Bug Report just keeps me going in an endless loop without being able to actually file one. My ticket was responded to and it was acknowledges that this is a know problem that I should create a Bug Report for, but can’t get to where you actually create a report. Need more poison, I guess!
you can either create a bug report i this forum or use the ingame bug report available under the help menu.
either place will have the report routed to the QA team.

Now we can most certainly understand your concern here! So, we have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. This is being worked on by the development team to get fixed as soon as possible. =)
