Power Infusion! Who do I put this ON?

This is a level of genius I never knew existed.

I am taking NOTE of all your replies! The second highest DPS might win!

I was originally putting it on our top DPS but last raid I was trying it out on other people close to the top. I got our Unholy DK a 99% parse by hitting him with it every time it was up. It’s fun to just throw around. I vote second highest.

Who do you put PI on?

The answer is always ‘yourself’.

IT depends what your doing.

If your shadow and you’re in a pug. Always yourself. Why? Nobody is going to give you credit for PIng the top dps. But they’ll give you a hard time if your dps is bad.

In a coordinated group, whatever the consensus is.

And finally something that nobody is telling you about. But use it on the healer if you’re coming up to a very deadly trash pack in mythic+. PI is a great DPS boost, but it’s an even better use on healers in dire situations.

The Holy Priest in my guild sells it for 1k g per, I use it selfishly on myself

Put it on nobody, disappoint everybody equally

me. thank you for checking!

It’s hilarious when people get jealous and start fighting over who gets Power Infusions in 5 mans. o:

Power Infusions = how priests get on peoples friends lists

I’m chaotic and will spread it around top 3 dps because I want them to fight for it >:)

My guild Tank is still fighting over PI. Every raid this is a constant argument. I kind of hope they make PI a self only buff. We even get into this argument at 12AM at night :frowning:

Doing it for sure!

I tell the raid to /roll 100 for it, since only the luckiest deserve it.

Usually the winner is another healer, or some ratty alt though.

You spec Twins of the Sun and put it on yourself. It generates extra salt in the group and helps kill the boss faster :upside_down_face:

Soo much wasted potential there… Should sell it to the highest bidder, you’d be surprised how much gold some ppl would actually pay for it.

I am generally too nice to guildies…I definitely thought about it though.

My past self was wise indeed.

Look at the damage meter and see who is pumping and give them the PI, if everyone is pumping than look at your OmniCD and see who has offensive cooldowns ready and wait for them to press it. The thing is some classes don’t have 2 minute cooldowns so you end up holding PI if you only give it to one person. The specs I like to PI are Moonkin, Mage, Warlocks, Ret, DK, Hunters, DH, Ele, Dev. The other specs will get PI once in awhile too if that person is pumping more than the others in the group.

I generally put it on whoever’s the best geared. If other dps are equally geared, I put it on whomever has to cast the most. Destro, mm and boomy usually get it regardless though. Like I generally wouldn’t put it on an ele or mage or any caster that’s all instant casts
