Sorry if here is not the right place to post my own issue, was redirect to this post by reddit, but I also got a “new latency” for the past two days.
Usually I have around 125ms, now it’s stable at around 300ms. If I use a tunneling service everything goes back to normal.
Those are my tracert and bnet looking glass.

Hi Pouquinho
The path your signal is taking uses the NTT backbone internet provider. There have been a good number of threads regarding this NTT route. I believe Blizzard is looking into the issue. It could be a waiting game.
Hello Pouquinho,
I moved your post to your own thread since it was not related to the other.
Thanks for posting the link to your WinMTR. I see that the latency is spiking in the NTT network which is between your internet provider and our servers. This is actually an issue that we are tracking on our end, but at the moment it isn’t clear when it will be resolved.
You may want to reach out to your internet provider just to make them aware that you are running into this issue when playing WoW. Let them know specifically it is an issue with NTT. If we can put pressure on NTT from both sides it should speed up the time to resolve.
For now I would just recommend to continue using the tunneling service to connect if that is giving you better ping.
Thanks you both for the fast repply.
Ill make sure to annoy them from my end
For anybody else with this issue, let’s use this thread to track it.
