Pouch of Awakened Whelpling's Crests Did not give anything

I would really like to know what its going to happen with this, i just lost so many crest on the raid of vault and all that just to upgrade my gear :frowning:

I am guessing about now, Blizzard owes me a couple hundred crests from various sources that need fixing…

Fix on this did not work, my characters did not have the Whelpling’s Awakened Crest’s added to their inventory ,Checked alts all 5 of them did not recieve the 15 Crest from [Whelpling’s Bountiful Chest] or 15 Crest from [Pouch of Whelpling’s Awakened Crest] also I opened one on Adeia after the fix the [Whelpling’s Bountiful Crest] chest an did not get 15 Whelpling’s Awakened Crest so still not fixed on the 5 characters at all. They are all still missing. I still have pouch an chest on few other alts but not opening them, maybe if blizzard gives us the item to purchase new ones that is lost or replace ones we have opened and lost ,and replace those we still have on alts not opened would be nice. Need to get them to upgrade season 4 gear we have worked hard to get.
Please Blizzard stop with the add add add an start the fix fix fix , without us gamers this would not still be alive… :frowning:

where is our aspects, atleast give us the cap so we can farm it, you are doing nothing

Now the coding does not even give hidden crests!

Before I opened chest, I had 0 2806 and 15 2805 crests, 15 hidden.

Today; After opening “Whelpling’s Bountiful Chest” Even the hidden currency did not drop!

This really needs to be fixed, it is widespread, not just 1 or 2 players.

We also need to have all non dropped loot credited to our account, and also a measure should be added for our inconvenience.

We lost use of these crests in week 2 and now week 3 seems unfixed as well!

Hire skilled programmers to code Game, this will not happen!

Why should the player base which pays salaries for developer, be kept from our in-game earned rewards !

The “Whelpling’s Bountiful Chest” still says it contains DREAMING crests. Yes, this needs fixed, but if you keep opening them while it says DREAMING you are going to get nothing. Don’t open till it says AWAKENED.
