So someone said that there’s a vendor in Stormsong that sells potions to cure curses but neglected to tell me who and where that vendor specifically is! Can anyone tell me?
You can’t cure the curse of the tides, it’s associated with one of the items in your inventory. (It will be a blue junk item with flavor text suggesting that it’s cursed.)
I don’t know about any curse removing potion but that’s not how you deal with curse of the tides.
Curse of the tides is caused by you having a cursed item in your inventory, there’s a npc underwater in a underwater cave, directly in front of the alliance base in nazjatar that will take the item from you, lifting the curse.

Ugh! I can’t believe this! It was the skeletal hand that I had in my inventory! I should have known this because I’ve had it once before on another toon a long time ago just didn’t remember!

Happens, man. If you’re posting this from the same character that has that item, then don’t be shocked. Moon Guard is notoriously unhelpful. 
Actually they were quite helpful! I asked while I was in stormwind and someone asked out in trade chat for me and people came to try and cure me but couldn’t! I was surprised!
Those items were great. Used to love it when people were doing the content and then they’d show up for raid with a 40% max health reduced debuff.
