Potion of Specter Swiftness bug

Hello Blizzard,

I just wanted to report a bug that I experienced in Maldraxxis when spawning at Rotting Mound Spirit Obelisk.

The Potion of Specter Swiftness is supposed to last 2 minutes when you’re in spirit form running towards your body but it doesn’t. I took it once and it lasted maybe 2 seconds before it went away. I then waited and tried again and it lasted 2 seconds before it went away.

Hopefully, we can get a fix for this, I’ve included a .gif video to showcase the issue.

Filed a bug report for this today so it is still an issue and I have noticed it several times over the last few months.

I’m having an issue on this character while just doing normal questing with the effect suddenly dropping off long before it is due to expire.
