I have consistently lost credit for the 250 Anima from the World Boss on my weekly Anima quest when my inventory was full and the item was sent to me in the mail.
I have had the same issue. I collected the 250 anima from my mailbox and even logged out and back in to try and get it to trigger. Any other anima (follower table or quest) will be counted but not the 250 anima tokens.
Today, just completed a world quest worth 250 anima, while also collecting 1000 anima for weekly covenant. But when world quest completed, my bag was full and the 250 anima token was mailed to me (via Postmaster). When I collected the mailed token, 250 anima was not credited toward my weekly 1000 anima covenant quest.
