Oh, yeah. Itās easy to take a few seconds to see if somebody is doing it and thatās why thereās so many classic alts. Youāll have the same handful of classic altposters just agreeing with themselves on a daily basis

A while ago now there was someone who would always make āclass compare threadsā on what they should make next and then reply to themselves as one of the answers.
I called them out and got told it was to generate interest in the question. I guess it was harmless in the greater scheme of things.

Iām sure you could but it sounds pretty boring.
The other day there were a few bait threads posted that shot into the 70s in likes almost immediately and nearly every like was from either Wymrest Accord or Moonguard. Most of the toons had āaeā somewhere in the name as well.
So clearly there are bursts of sock puppeting behavior.
