I don’t trust anyone who likes tree nuts in their desserts.
Dairy Queen is my go-to in the summer months 
There used to be a small “hole in the wall” mom n’ pop ice cream shop down the street from me… and we’re talking a stacked 5-6 inch high cone dripping in deliciousness 
Sadly, they went out of business at some point (area was slow I guess?), and they were never seen again
Bubblegum is the best flavour of ice cream.
However thats something you have to go out of your way to get. So realistically, mint is the best.
