I"m partial to smaller weapons that don’t overwhelm my blood elf. They’re usually so large on her I just don’t like them. Plus I do love that dragon gun, so cute.
I knew someone would say something about the boots…lol

Yeah, that is cool the weapons do get pretty large.

On any character, I almost always avoid using any head slot item that covers my face or hides my hair. Halo’s, headbands, circlets, crowns, collars (without hoods), glasses? Sure. But hoods, masks, full on helmets? Almost never.
When I do show something in the helm slot, it’s usually stuff like this:
In the rare few cases I’m willing to use a hood, it’s usually on a Hunter or Rogue for a scout/ranger type of look.

I was using it for a while. It gave my character a “Ming the Merciless” type of look. But when I was able to get jet black hair, I removed it.

Simply paying the Uncrowned a Visit.
(This transmog is called “Ranger Turned Assassin”, nothing special compared to my “Dance of the Dark Queen” Transmog, I do not like fighting in that set due to it being too elegant to have messy.)

One of my most sorely neglected alts. Probably because I’m not huge into elves. I had to log on him just to make him appear for preview. The items on him tell quite the story though. The belt he is wearing was crafted by someone nobody has seen in about a decade. He has other items that were crafted by people it has been even longer.
I gave him a cool mog a few years ago and he has survived every deletion purge I’ve ever done to my account though.
