The wings are from the BfA black dragonscale trinket that you can add in with Narcissus. So I cheesed that part. 
The robe and belt is part of a druid tier set, the shoulders are a monk off set piece and the red and black glow around her hands is a Nightmare magic thing you can do with Narcissus.
