Found a simple one. I actually deleted the other portions, except the vigor bar.

Mappinenhanced (on curse) I’ve found to be extremely helpful. You can have infinite pins on the map, make them persistent, a nifty list of map pins you can activate without opening the map.
And best of all these appear on your visual HUD so when dragon riding you can nose to the map pin and go.
It also supports the /way command used by Tom Tom so you can add points that way.
