Now that the same two cars in the “race” are done, can we revisit the tier and itemization tuning. It’s dismal out here in an otherwise cool raid and zone.
-Circlet being stronger than anything
-Tier not being beneficial or overly beneficial
-Random server side lag freezes
-An ocean of uncompetitive items
-Out of control AoE scaling on some classes is laughable.

No. It can be strong. It should not be so strong that it invalidates my entire weekly effort in M+ nine months after its release strong.
Ok maybe a mythic Jastor for diamond replaces it.
TBH im fine with it being only replaced by mythic level items, its just 1 less item i need to worry about filling.

Blizz said that the ring would be equivalent to high content in season 2. Nothing to nerf here.

Tuning needs to start by fixing this.
COLOSSAL buffs to the bottom tanks. Now. Not 5 years from now.

Sure it can. The list of changes would make them look like fools for having it so bad for so long in the first place, though.
Start by adding silence option to RoP.
Interested in buffs to all stinkers
Would it need that much? More aggressive scaling on stagger, add better benefits for riding high stagger, and better cooldowns, and finish off with adding the shadowlands self healing tier set to the talent tree.
Oh we’re well past that, at this point.

The time for incremental changes was 6 years ago, it’s time for radical and urgent changes.
And right now. Not “maybe in Midnight” or “maybe after The Last Titan” which is the kind of crap we’ve come to expect from Blizzard.
(Paladins will get their standard revamp every season, though, of course.)

Stagger isn’t the issue, it’s just a big red herring for people who don’t play Brewmaster.
Maybe those stinker healers can get some insane buffs, to damage and mana and healing, in other words everyone but mw and disc
