Post Prot nerfs - Tide of Battle is applying 5% not 7%

Post Prot Nerfs, we are seeing that Tide of Battle passive node on the colossus tree is not stacking at 7% per the tool tip or what the notes stated, instead it is applying at 5% per stack.

Blizz - Were the patch notes wrong or was the change incorrectly applied? If its the latter can this please fixed?

Bump this. It is only stacking 5%. Damage feels bad.

Shield Slam feels like a wet noodle :frowning:

I am in heroic raid right now and I can say I feel like I am doing a lot less damage. Feelsbadman.
