Possibly silly question RE xp bar status text

I’ve selected “both” under status text in the Interface Options, and still cannot get the XP bar text to show up unless I mouseover it. Is that functioning as intended?

I am also having this issue, have you resolved this yet?

‘Both’ refers to your player status, health and mana or energy. Selecting this option will toggle on the 1/100 and 1% versions on your health/mana/energy bars on your portrait. It doesn’t, to my knowledge, affect the xp bar.

However, that is a good point, I don’t recall whether or not you could see the text without physically hovering over the bar in 1.12.
