Fully aware that this might be a terrible awful idea but is it possible to do boosts to diff levels like 50/60/70 for cheaper prices? For example, 20$ level 50, 30$ level 60, etc.

Why should it not be a paid service?
Because we’re playing cataclysm in a tightened time frame, it should be a free service to boost to 80. I don’t want to play through the vanilla, tbc, and wotlk zones. And it’s a service because some people like leveling.
Maybe hunter or rogue has a fun playstyle, I’ll never know because I’m not sinking 40-60 hours to find out.

The free option is to level. It would take less than a week level through all of that.
