ya wow was behind other mmos in terms of modernization for ages. supports are common in multiple current mmos, auggie is at a level where tis damage is lower than other specs btw, its the defensive utility that is still far above the rest and keeping it afloat. one more well placed nerf and auggie will be a place where its viable but not oppressively strong.
if they add potential fourth specs into paladin or shammy or anyone. i fully endorse and support it being a support spec
I always wanted to see a ranged dps spec based around eternal flames, dealing 50% of spells as direct damage and the latter 50% as a dot. Same for healing hence eternal flames.
Would be fun to see how it goes.
Same for a water dps spec, I know most people want a tank sham, but I always wanted to see a water caster.
And also a caster wind monk spec, that one could have been interesting and unique
Water caster for Shamans is healing. Really the spec that is missing for Shamans is A heavy Earth Spec and that would be for tanking but Blizzard has ignored feed back requesting a tank shaman spec.
Its not a caster its a healer, hence why I said water dps spec - water caster.
Because water is always associated with healing, it would be fun to see it being a ranged dps, the part we never see
Yes I do understand this but it is up to blizzard to make it a dps element. Sadly I don’t think they ever will
