Possible interrupt abilities brewmaster

Outside my obvious main interrupt ability, I was considering the other options for stopping an interruptible cast. For mythic+z
-ring of peace
-quaking palm (pandern racial)
-paralysis
-leg sweep

I have found some of those work on mythic+ trash as interrupts, but on some mobs they don’t . For ex those goliaths in Spires, neither asphyxiate, leg sweep, nor quaking palm would interrupt their bad ability. I believe ring of peace would though. Of course my main interrupt would.

Is this typical? Some more…elite mobs…can’t be interrupted with abilities like asphyxiate? Only your actual main interrupt.

Use Clash and Paralysis as well.

I use Clash to interrupt channeled abilities, or as an emergency interruption against yellow abilities, but Paralysis has a lot of uses against mobs that cannot be stunned. One example: it works against the Crushing Grip of tentacles in Plaguefall.
