Possible bug with Ember Court Quest?

So, i’m doing the Ember Court quest lines and I have to invite Cryptkeeper Kassir.
Says he is undiscovered so I have to talk to the Accuser in Absolution Crypt to begin the story. When i go to Absolution Crypt the Accuser is no where to be found. I can’t find the Accuser anywhere. Not sure if I’m bugged or if the Accuser is in a different location. Help!

Update. I found the Accuser in Sinfall but she doesn’t have a quest or anything for me.

Try checking Gresit and seeing if he has a quest for you for the Ember Court. A GM told me to check there and there was a quest that Wowhead did not know about that I needed to turn in.
