Porting leveling characters out of leveling zone

Do you seriously think this is how you should treat long-time-paying customers? Porting the characters they are leveling from LEVELING ZONES? Really? How about a nice fat subscription refund for not being able to access game content in the game due to decisions YOU made AFTER I paid your subscription?

To top it all off, there is really no way to open a ticket regarding this type of thing, you just expect us to head to the forums and hope someone sees it while the trolls mess with people.

I wonder what the BBB would think about your recent business practices in game and regarding your employees?

This has been a thing for a long time dude. Even in retail. I did it once to GTFO of the Worgen Starting area to level instead in Elywnn as to me, the worgen starting zone took way too long.

Most /whispers I get as a warlock for low level summons is usually a throwaway toon used to corpsewalk to and scout Blackrock Mountain on raid nights.

Unless you are being summoned out. Then the problem is between the chair and your keyboard my dude. You gotta click the portal or you click the big accept button in the “X is summoning you to Y location.” box to get teleported/summoned.

Not at all what im talking about, i said nothing about summons. Im talking about zoning into Silithus and being ported to the barrens for not being level 60.

Your post had no mention to Silithus or the fact you were being taken out of it, but Blizz did that to stop players who shouldn’t even be in Silithus (see: lv.20 locks who are summoning guildies) as they would die in seconds if they stepped out of Cenarion Hold as a method to avoid their servers from crashing due to too many players, even with sharding.

While it sucks when youre in the 50-59 cap and being booted, there’s other zones to level in. Im trying to make it there myself before the war effort is done so I can make a video about our server’s gong ringing and the 10 hour war as I have no idea if Grobbulus will implement this as we have no sharding.

It had no mention of it and yet we both know you knew exactly what i was talking about. Id understand if you level lock the zone to minimum quest level, that would make sense, but anything other than that is disruptive to the gaming experience. So because blizzard cant get their botting problem under control, they penalize players who want to play the game normally? Blizzard did it because they are too cheap to fix or buy new servers that can handle the player base being in one place.
Blizz has an excellent way of making it LOOK like they are trying to fix the botting problem but not actually doing anything but hurting their actual playerbase, all the while making the same amount of sub revenue.

funny…my 2 60 didn’t go to silithus to quest until after i was 60. There are other high lvl zones you can do still. Just because you are being “blocked” from 1 area does not mean anything. You are paying blizz for access to the servers nothing more.

Funny…your 2 60s chose not to, I quest silithus. You are exactly the problem here, enabling their behavior every step of the way. Being blocked from an area you are paying to play in is like paying for dinner at a nice restaurant and them deciding you dont get to eat the steak you payed for, then someone from another table coming by and saying, its okay just eat your potato instead. You are paying for a dining experience, nothing more.

The difference being at a steak house if i order the steak and they are out…they have other options that i can order and enjoy. Again…you are paying for access to the servers…not access to the specific zones(do not give them an idea for micro-transactions)

But they arent out, its not different. Youre changing the circumstances to fit your incorrect response, about typical from people on here now. Id expect nothing less.

All i’m seeing is “wahhh i want to cry about something”. I don’t care what you want to do or where you want to level. You picked the wrong zone at the wrong time. Go to winterspring and enjoy the scenery like everyone else does.
