How do I open the portal to Silithus in The Great Seal? I am currently 112 and completed 3/7 chapters in Zandalar. How or what quests do I need to unlock the portal of Silithus inside The Great Seal for my alts so I can take the port to Silithus and update my neckpiece?
My main is exalted with all factions and completed every quest and has the portal to Silithus unlocked.
I believe you have to do some parts of the War Campaign to get it to open. Could be misremembering but I remember having this issue on my recent alt.
Ok, I’ll try again in 2 lvls and see. I’m thinking I need to unlock that Arcanist guy and he will do it. Will check.

Either Oculeth or unlocking World Quests.
Note that you cannot upgrade your neckpiece until 120. I am reasonably sure the portal won’t appear until then either.
