I’m at the point where I can almost one shot heroic ToS bosses and I got up to Fallen Avatar and he didn’t break the floor. Upon exiting and reentering I was teleported to the room beneath with his corpse. However there is no portal to access Kil’jaeden.

This is still happening… killed fallen avatar too quick and floor didn’t break. Then had to suicide on elevator to revive down below, however there is no portal to get to Kiljaeden. totally stuck on the entire run.
