The quest “Portal Play” in Zereth Mortis. Can’t interact with Firim’s portal to start the quest.

I can’t see any mention of bugs for this quest. Have you tried:
- /reload
- relogging
- temporarily disabling addons
- can also try binding interact to a hotkey, and then pressing that hotkey - this has worked for me in some cases with similar issues
- Abandoning the quest and taking it again

Almost two years later and this quest is STILL broken! Come on Blizzard! If you aren’t going to maintain the old areas just tell us so we don’t waste our time on them anymore!
