I have a toon that is level 112 and was trying to get the quest to open the portal in Twilight Highlands on Alliance side. I have not been able to get a ride from Fargo Flintlocke in Stormwind Harbor and am still unable to get the quest even after checking on Wowhead. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get this quest completed as that is the one area of the highlands I have yet to complete.
the way i remember the twilight highlands quest chain 8 years ago, it involved partnering up with Anduin and doing some quests in ruined barracks next to the park which was a crater back then. there are issues because of the way Anduin is phased in Stormwind keep, and it’s likely that the quest is now broken.
