So I tested my alliance mage’s teleport to stormwind when i take the portal from stormwind to cavern of time and it puts me in the fatigue zone
This is still an issue as of 10/31.

Here’s a new one…seems the portals to Stormwind are busted in a few ways…
Took the port from Shattrath to Stormwind…got disconnected in a loading screen. Logged back in and was in the boat underwater starting the intro quests for Vashj’ir

please hotfix the portal from Caverns of Time to SW, it drops you almost in a fatigue zone far east of Burning Steps, all the way across the map from SW
This just happened to me.
it’s not just cot I took the portal from shatt to sw and dc’d came bk and I’m in vashj’ir
This makes me wonder what the common thread is. I’ve used the portal to return to Stormwind several times during the event and have never experienced the false port. The hotfix notes last night claimed a fix for wrong location teleports but sounds like it’s still affecting some people.
I clicked on the portal to Stormwind at the entrance to Caverns of Time, where the anniversary event is, and it teleported me out into the middle of the ocean to the east of Swamp of Sorrows. ??
Then I tried using my Cloak of Coordination to teleport to Stormwind and it teleported me to Trisfal Glades, outside of Undercity without triggering the cooldown on the cloak.

Are you secretly a member of the Horde?
Not just the portal in the Caverns of Time, I just tried to teleport to Stormwind on my Ally Mage and was sent instead to the ocean out side of Badlands.
This cloak bug just happened to me as well! Had just picked up some of the secret Guest Relations event crates around the world, equipped my Cloak of Coordination to head back and used its teleport, only to turn up just outside Gilneas City, extremely confused.
It not only didn’t trigger the cloak’s cooldown, but when I loaded in I was dropped high enough to take half my health’s worth of fall damage!
My cloak has now sent me to the ocean off the coast of Badlands (well into the fatigue zone) and off the coast of Hillsbrad Foothills. Both times it has started the cd. All I can say this time is it does make it easier to do the “douse the Horde’s wickerman” daily 
This kind of simpleton bugs should be a reason enough to get someone fired

On my mage, I used a portal to Stonard, which also dumped me in the middle of the ocean.

Port to SW taking people to Tirisfal has to be a prank at this point. Like that can’t be unintentional simply because of how absurdly hilarious it is taking someone from one faction capital to another.
