Is there any site or tool that accurately tells the horde and alliance population of a server say over the last month… or some variable? Like how do I find out the least populated Horde server that is PvE North America?
Accurately? Give and take but there are sites that offer this info, some more popular than others.
An example:
I imagine it’s also kind of word of mouth, too. For example, I can provide this information:
-Wyrmrest has a very dominant Horde presence. Not just for RP, but for end content as well. I don’t know about the Alliance side of things, though I’ve heard it’s lacking from a friend who transferred away.
-Moon Guard has a massive Alliance presence, one of the larger ones for a server I believe. And I’ve heard the Horde presence is alright, but not comparable to the Alliance.
-Mal’ganis is another one I’ve heard is very Horde heavy, from the other half of my raid who lives on that server.
So without tools, kind of just asking other people can give a good idea of what the server is like since they’re experiencing it themselves.
There are some that use an addon to track /who.
A more direct attempt is to take total max level characters, factor in the average of alts per user, divide.
heres what i know so far.
Illidan server HEAVY HORDE and CHINESE PLAYERS base. so expect alot of chinese spam trade chat. i was there for a while and i couldnt stand it anymore.
Blackrock server: my very first server, used to be Horde populated and one of the best pvp servers. now its pretty much dead ever since all the Aussies left the alliance side and the top pvp players all left.
Rip sup fresh baby our turn
Best bet is to check wowprogress on the first week of castle nathria opening for heroic clears, most servers are super dead so good luck rolling that dice.
