Spirits do not poop. Everyone else uses Outhouses or bushes. But if their from the Wizarding World just go weāre they stand because the robes hide everything.
Everyone poops but ladies. They go to a deep dark dungeon thatās air tight and sound proof. No one knows what happens down there. We just know the come back up happier.

I always assumed that was what the Stewards in Bastion were constantly cleaning and scrubbing. I mean, they may be rather civilized, but theyāre still birds.
Just to be safe though, I wouldnāt walk through the bushes too near a populated area in bare feet.

Now, we can collect the gorm gris for Guardian Kota! Once the gormlings have eaten something, we can āencourageā them to give it back up. What they produce, we call gorm gris!
Had to do some googling because I didnāt already know 
If Ardenweald worms work like Earthworms then that is our poop quest. If they donāt then we got a puke quest instead of a poop quest

In the outhouse in Grizzly Hills (I think that is where it was). You poop during that one quest.
