Can this be made into a 3-digit number cost? That’s 1 million dragon isle supplies or probably farming for years if you just farm the boulders. The hat is cool but its not a spectral tiger cmon man
Maybe i’m not as far in to the quest as you, but if you say I like your hat and haggle with him then he will drop it down to a reasonable number.

if u keep bartering and talking i got him to like 249 and havent done all the story and rep so maybe goes even lower

Once he’s been talked down to 249, the hat becomes buyable in his inventory for that amount.
