I decided I’d try to get a Pond Nettle by fishing on Argus today, only to find all water sources are unfishable. It either says “Water too shallow” or “Your cast did not land in fishable water”.
I’ve already tried the most popular spots that people used in the past, and run around to try other pools, but none work, so I’m guessing this is some bug? There was no mention of removing fishing on Argus, was there?

There is a few that still work. Try around Krokuun 29.63 67.11.
