Biased as I play it, shadow. You have several talents you can swap around in dungeons to spice up the rotation. You have 3 solid legendaries (2 that directly interact with the rotation/timings/talents). They can off heal, mass dispel feels good, and pulling something and hitting fade to kill Joe when he is afk will always be amazing.
Also for transmog, Anathema is the number one staff.
