It is a given that most of us in this forum are going to play classic. I am however curious , How many people do you know that will also be playing classic. Just you? Five? Twenty or maybe enough to form a raiding guild or more?
I work in a medical facility with over a thousand employees and even there I hear much hype about classic. I will be playing with close to 50 people .

I have about 5 or 6 ppl that will be playing with me. I plan to corrupt many others into playing classic as well though because WoW fever spreads like a plague lol

Just me. I tried. My partner is occasionally interested in WOW but not at any sort of real rate.
I have 3 or 4 people that will be playing.

I think it’s incredible that you have so many coworkers on board. That puts a huge smile on my face!
Almost everyone in my WoW community is going to give Classic a shot, so I expect to see about 20 people there. As for who will stay, though? I predict I’ll be able to count the number on one hand. Not too many of them have expressed long-term interest in Classic, unfortunately. But I’m not upset about it – I’ll meet plenty of passionate players out in the world.

I’m likely playing solo. I’m trying to convince 4 others, but it’s looking grim.
My group has maybe 20+ so we’ll have to recruit…
15-20 people coming back myself so don’t have to recruit as many to get raid team going.
10-15 people that are hyped to play. Probably another 10 or so that’ll try it out.
there must be a consortium of basement dwellers that want to play…

My brother might play but if not I’m a resto shaman so I’ll make a ton of friends

Quite a few. Maybe 10 from my BFA guild, about 3 - 4 friends that quit WoW years ago and are coming back for Classic, and about 10 - 20 folks that I’ve met on private servers in the past year or two. All together? ~30
It will be just me. A couple of my friends whom play retail plan on continuing to play retail. Another couple of friends have lost interest in wow.
