If there was a twink league, and it was popular enough that people played it sure. Otherwise.

I would play.

I also play both factions.

I have organized jump starting brackets before (usually, with twink players… but they are mostly playing in SoD). What would help is to designate a particular day and get a few people to promote this in their guilds.
