That’s pretty sweet :+1:

We have those now, Blizzard wants those customers and encourages them. They just don’t want multi boxers.

I prefer a game alive with people than full with bots and obnoxious MBxers. Glad to hear of the change.

Checking in on the forums doesn’t cost me a dime.

Blizzard are a bunch of crooks. They changed their multiboxing rules (even though they came up with a lame excuse stating it was never supported) and refused to give me a refund when I put in a ticket.

How is that relevant to Boxers ‘in denial’?

If Blizzard didn’t want multiboxers, Blizzard would ban multiboxing.

Refund for what? Game time? When did you get the game time?

They must be talking about something besides game time. Saw a post earlier today(oops yesterday now) where someone got the game time they had on their other accounts moved to the main account, and they now have enough game time until 2022 lol.

You are the only one in denail.

Interesting wording - mirror inputs to multiple game clients - which means you can two - box as you are only mirroring to one game client not multiple

Explain that when you appeal your account suspension, then come to the forum to let us all know how that goes. Posts from failed rules-lawyers are among my very favorite.

I think this is a really unfortunate choice. I am not a big multi-boxer, but I have spent some time multi-boxing in the past towards the end of expansion because it is VERY challenging to do. It takes hour (days) of set up, dying (A LOT!), figuring out combinations and timing of different classes. Trust me when I tell you that trying to get DPS, and TANK, and Healing spells to line up timing wise is almost impossible. As often as not, you are rotating buttons between different clients, not sending the same key to all the clients at the same time. Maybe some have figured out how to get all that to work. For me, it was just an extra challenge. Anyone who thinks it is cheating, has never tried it. Period. It is HARD to do. So … that being said, I restate, I think this is a very unfortunate decision by Blizzard. HOWEVER … I have a suggestion. Rather than banning it, set up specified servers for it. That way folks that want to play with multi-boxing for PVP or dungeons, or whatever they like to do, can do it with others that like to multi-box. And those that don’t want to play with multi-boxers can play on other servers. That would also isolate the economies of the multi-boxers. This seems like a fair thing to do considering that people who have multiple accounts that are perhaps prepaid in advance, are not having their money essentially stolen from them by this drastic change in policy. This has been allowed for 16 years and suddenly it becomes an offense that can lead to banning. Sorry Blizz. I am a huge fan boy, but this is not right, it is not the way to treat your customers. My two cents. Please consider my suggestion.

Ehh, depends on what you’re talking about. All I do as a MBer is quest/WQ and old dungeon/raid runs so for me all I need to do is make a GSE macro and place it on the same button for all my characters and GG full rotation. But if you’re going to MB +20s or try to do current content raids or Arena then yeah it’s much harder than simply doing that content on one character.

Believe what you are asking for is like a truebox server. EQ is the only game I believe that has that. Might be another game idk for sure. At onetime They had some rules though. Like wow has now. In that you could only do it through alt tab, or having two, or windows up at once. It seems they have relaxed on some of those rules though since you can use software now. Isboxer is useable there last I heard. Pretty sure they have the max limit up though. Once that server hits like 1500 people you get a message that tells you it’s time to logoff, or else. My guess it’s because of server stress. EQ is looking to get as many people to play their game as they can now is another reason they are allowing it imo lol. Don’t ever count on ESO allowing it, if you are ever thinking about that game. They have very strict rules, and don’t allow boxing at all last time I played that game. Been a lot of years though. If blizz were to ever do it, i would roll a character on it just to watch some of those big box teams battle eachother in pvp. That would be entertaining though, which is probably why blizz would never do it
