Polearms only make sense

Why can’t evoker wield polearms? The lore only makes sense that we can wield them. There are so many scenes that we seem them using them…

Probably because polearms are str or agi weapons and we use int…

This.

Making int polearms would be way too niche of a user base in a group loot world.

They probably just mean adding them to the list of equippable weapons for Evoker for the purpose of tmog, not to add a bunch of int polearms to the loot pool. Just like how Evoker can already use 2h sword and tmog them over a staff.

Yeah I mean they’re a problem too, as are ranged weapons, but there isn’t need for more niche weapons.

Yeah I mean this is cool if it’s just for tmog–2h swords and axes already function in that capacity.

I’d love to fire up the HWL pigsticker when I’m using a 2h.

It’s a little strange that we can’t use polearms. it would be cool for mog purposes, nothing that changes how they already work nowadays, although int polearms would be good for druids and paladins too.

Would love it if a couple spells used a weapon swing animation if we chose to. Like swinging 2h sword for azure strike if mogged
